Diamond wire loops

Diamond wire grinders are cutting tools in which the wire is processed into closed loops and then coated with diamonds. They are suitable for cutting almost all materials, especially composites. This "ONE-WAY-CUT" process with wire speeds of up to 50 m/s produces only a small cutting gap and thus little material loss. Even the cutting of components with cutting heights or depths exceeding 350 mm is possible, in contrast to saws with diamond cutting wheels.

Our special multi-strand diamond wires are manufactured according to a patented process and have a service life up to 3 times longer than other diamond wire grinders available on the market. Test our wire loops also for your application. Please tell us the material you want to cut and the required wire length and diameter, which is given by your diamond wire saw for endless grinding.

For cutting e.g. car tires or larger stone slabs we offer 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick sectional wire loops, which have an interrupted diamond coating with larger chip space.

Diamond beads

The different types of diamond wire, related to the material and the operations to be carried out, require different types of beads. The diamond bead can have different diameters, according to the material and the thickness it will work, typically from 6 to 11 mm. The diamond is included in the bead by sintering or electroplating.

Electroplated beads
They are obtained by electrodeposition process and have the characteristic of having the diamond distributed all over the surface, ensuring a high cutting capacity on all materials, with the exception of granite. They are especially used in the construction sector, for severe cuts where precision is required.
