Features
The machine adopts windwheel-type high-speed rotating cutter, mill,shear and grind is finished by the fixed cutter,have good crush effect, the strong air flow created from crushing chamber make the crushing energy and finished products flow out, the fineness can be finished by change screens.
Working Principle
The machine utilize the relative movement between the moving-gear and fixed gear, make the material impact and rud by gear,then crush.The crushed material automatically enter gathering bag under the function of the rotate centrifugal force, the dust will be filter and collected by gather bag. The machine is designed based on GMP standard,fully adopts stainless steel material,no dust floating in the process of mproduction, and can improve unitility rate of the material, decrease the cost, already reached international advanced level at present.
