Insulated Metal Wall Panels

Insulated wall panels have an insulated core that provides many benefits, including durability and versatility to the construction design. When installed correctly, these insulated wall panels can last four decades or more, requiring very little maintenance.

Metal Sales offers the following types of insulated wall panel products:

• DM40 Double Mesa Wall – IMPower Series: This product offers panel coverage of 40” and comes in 22 gauge, 24 gauge, and 26 gauge options. The standard finishes are PVDF and SMP.
• FL40 Flat Wall – IMPower Series: This product offers panel coverage of 40” and comes in a standard 22 exterior gauge and 26 interior gauge. The finishes available for this product are PVDF and SMP.
• HE40 Heavy Embossed Wall – IMPower Series: This product offers panel coverage of 40” and comes in a standard gauge of 26 but is also available in a 24 gauge. The finishes that come standard are PVDF and SMP.
• HE40A Adobe Texture™ Wall – IMPower Series: This product panel offers a coverage of 40” and is available in a 26 gauge standard. The finishes available are PVDF and SMP.
• ST40 Striated Wall – IMPower Series: This panel offers coverage of 40” and a standard gauge of 26. Additional gauge options are available in a 22 and 24. Finishes for this product come in PVDF and SMP.
