GFS Tank is made of glass fused to steel plate, special sealing material, self-locking screw and other materials. The thickness of enamel steel plate can reach to 20 mm, the most used steel plate thickness is 3~10 mm, steel plate has surface oil, contain rust, contain oxide skin, after shot blasting, sand and other pretreatment process, the steel plate surface will be clean. After 900 ℃ high temperature second enameling in electric furnace, 0.3 mm enamel coating is applied on both sides of steel plate. strong binding force between enamel coating and steel plate. Enamel coating can not only prevent tank corrosion, but also has the function of strong acid and alkali resistance. And has extremely strong wear resistance.

1. The light weight of the material and the advantaged framing system enable Wansheng Geodesic roof to be self supported on the tank wall and no in-tank column is needed.
2. The roof’s well calculated and examined structure make it able to meet many challenge from the environment. The geodesic geometry can hold the high snow load, high wind load and the seismic zone. With the sealing system, the roof can achieve air-tightness under the atmosphere pressure, so to have great odor control performance.
3. GFS tank roof from Wansheng uses high quality Aluminum alloy, the material has a naturally corrosion resistance in the atmosphere. So during the tank’s life service time, no maintenance will be needed, the roof will keep it’s nice appearance.
