The company has a group of cooperation teams engaged in the Electric Cable, flexible power cables industry for many years, with dedication, innovation spirit and service awareness, and has established a sound quality control and management system to ensure product quality.

To understand the benefits of sleeving and tubing one must understand cable management. Electrical sleeving and tubing provide routing, protection, and identification. Many of today’s machine building projects are very complex and color coding or bundling (with sleeving) makes identification and troubleshooting much easier, safer, and presentable. Another benefit with using sleeving and tubing is the increased ability to withstand much harsher environments therefore resulting in extending the cable’s shelf life.

There are several products that offer the organizational and protective benefits of bundling and protecting cables.

An electrical sleeve is a braided, knitted, woven or extruded tube used to slip over bare or weakly insulated conductors in an electric assembly. There are several types of sleeving that tolerate various temperature ranges and voltage requirements. These sleeves are manufactured using a special type of fiberglass yarns and high-temperature fibers and vary by material type and braid fabrication, which range from Polyester, Polypropylene, Flame Retardant, Flame resistant and Nylon. Using these materials provides the cable with increased flexibility.

Sleeving

There are several types of braided sleeving which include:

Flame Retardant sleeving is made of materials that resist melting, burning or disintegration under flammable conditions.

High Temperature protects wires and cables in applications where temperatures can exceed 491° F

Wraps are designed for easy application and removal

Specialty sleeving are for applications including those that require electromagnetic protection and electrostatic shielding. Nylon braided sleeving products perform extremely well in wet applications.

Tubing

There are several types of Electrical Tubing that are used for specific purposes.

Non-shrink Tubing offers tremendous dielectric strength, is available in PVC with features such as zipper, convoluted, corrugated, spiral, spaghetti and braided

Heat Shrink Tubing – The wires and cables are placed inside the tube as heat is applied so that it will contract to form a tight fit while providing mechanical strength and insulation properties.

Spiral Wraps are also used to protect and bundle cables within machine design. They are also reusable and provide easy accessibility to replace and maintain the encased wires.

Cable Ties

Lastly, another product that assists with the organization and bundling of cables are cable ties. A cable tie is also a ty-wrap or zip tie and used to fasten or bind several electronic cables or wires together or to route cables and wires together in a manageable format. Most of the cable ties used are made from nylon, making them very flexible.
