Originally, I called this review "Bad pump on a nice bottle." I requested a replacement because I could never get the pump actuator to pop up to make the pump usable. I figured it out the second time, so now I guess I'll find out if I actually like the bottle itself.
DO THIS BEFORE YOU FILL THE BOTTLE:
The pump has a silver part, and a white part. What none of the instructions told me: hold the pump firmly by the white, ridged portion of the pump. (This part of the pump will want to turn; don't let it.) Then, with your other hand, push down on the top of the pump while turning the head counter-clockwise. The pump's head (the actuator) should start to release the during the first full turn - as long as you don't let that white, ridged section turn.
DO NOT bother screwing the pump top onto the bottle and THEN trying to make the pump top pop up. It won't. It'll just spin forever.
